Challenges
1. Unfamiliar Method
NEORA previously exported their products to China through traditional trading methods. Although they were aware of the Cross-Border eCommerce trading model, they lacked familiarity with it and had not yet shipped any goods under this policy. We, SENCENT, a recognized and qualified China Cross-Border eCommerce platform by China Customs, made the process seamless for NEORA. NEORA simply needed to provide the product details and ensure the goods were supplied, while SENCENT efficiently handled the rest of the process from start to finish.

Our fully integrated docking system encompasses everything necessary for Cross-Border eCommerce. It connects China Customs, overseas merchants, and both international and domestic logistics and payment providers. NEORA requested enhanced logistics services, and SENCENT bound their goods delivery to SF Express for efficient domestic delivery. Additionally, both NEORA and consumers can track their shipments through our detailed and traceable system.

3. We Customized
Through intensive collaboration involving hundreds of communication cycles and iterative concept development, we successfully designed and implemented a customized WeChat Site for NEORA. This bespoke solution comprehensively addresses their primary and secondary distribution challenges, while our backend system enables NEORA to track data and accomplish precise internal stats analysis.
